Clinic in "Ghana"  The Health Project

Problem  Statement

Ghana faces persistent preventable illness and limited access to quality primary healthcare. Maternal mortality remains high, while malaria, tuberculosis, stroke, and respiratory infections continue to drive avoidable deaths. One-third of adults have hypertension, increasing the burden of non-communicable diseases. Poor water and sanitation access, combined with critical health workforce shortages, lead to delayed care and preventable complications for vulnerable populations.

Our Beneficiaries in Projects

Group 333

Serve 6,000 clinic patients

Train 15–20 healthcare providers

Reach 1,000 community members through awareness programs

Empower 7 local healthcare professionals through our Academy and Healing Ambassador Platform.

The project will directly benefit 6,000 clinic patients, primarily from vulnerable and underserved communities. In total, the project is expected to indirectly benefit approximately 10,000 people.

Key Drivers for Action Motives for Solution

High Preventable Disease Burden

Malaria, infectious diseases, and unmanaged hypertension continue to cause avoidable death and disability

Elevated Maternal Mortality

Persistent maternal health risks demand stronger primary and preventive care systems.

Severe Health Workforce Shortages

Extremely low doctor and dentist ratios limit timely diagnosis and treatment.

Poor Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)

Limited access to safe water and handwashing fuels disease transmission

Gaps in Primary and Preventive Care

Weak community-level services result in delayed treatment and poor health outcomes.

Need for Local Capacity Building

Sustainable improvements require investment in clinics, outreach programs, and trained local health workers.

Expected Impact of Project

These efforts will contribute to reducing preventable illnesses, improving maternal health outcomes, and strengthening community resilience.
